Security

Fees and Payment Terms

Payment

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. You must provide Green Relief Health with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or any other issuer accepted by us). By providing Green Relief Health with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that Green Relief Health, and its third-party service provides for payment services are authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to Green Relief Health hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify Green Relief Health of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for payment hereunder. Green Relief Health reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on Green Relief Health properties or by e-mail delivery to you.

Taxes

Green Relief Health’s fees are net of any applicable Sales Tax. If any Services, or payments for any Services, under the Terms of Service are subject to Sales Tax in any jurisdiction and you have not remitted the applicable Sales Tax to Company, you will be responsible for the payment of such Sales Tax and any related penalties or interest to the relevant tax authority, and you will indemnify Green Relief Health for any liability or expense we may incur in connection with such Sales Taxes. Upon our request, you will provide us with official receipts issued by the appropriate taxing authority, or other such evidence that you have paid all applicable taxes. For purposes of this section, “Sales Tax” shall mean any sales or use tax, and any other tax measured by sales proceeds, that Green Relief Health is permitted to pass to its customers, that is the functional equivalent of a sales tax where the applicable taxing jurisdiction does not otherwise impose a sales or use tax.

Withholding Taxes

You agree to make all payments of fees to Green Relief Health free and clear of, and without reduction for, any withholding taxes. Any such taxes imposed on payments of fees to Green Relief Health will be your sole responsibility, and you will provide Green Relief Health with official receipts issued by the appropriate taxing authority, or such other evidence as we may reasonably request, to establish that such taxes have been paid.

Payment

Charges to your credit card will appear as “Green Relief Health”. We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard, Discover Card, and other credit cards.

Typographical Errors

In the event a service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Green Relief Health shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for services listed at the incorrect price. Green Relief Health shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Green Relief Health will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Green Relief Health Terms & Conditions Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Maryland, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Maryland in connection with any dispute between you and Green Relief Health arising out of these Terms of Use, or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use of pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and federal courts in Maryland. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain. Green Relief Health may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting.
