Let hair grow to at least ¼ inch (about 2 weeks). Exfoliate gently 24–48 hours before. Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and retinol products for 24 hours prior. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
After Your Session
Avoid hot showers, saunas, pools, and exercise for 24 hours. Wear loose clothing to prevent friction. Exfoliate gently after 48 hours. Moisturize daily and book your next session in 4–6 weeks.
