Josh Gigliotti

Josh Gigliotti is our Quality Assurance Manager. Josh joined the Green Relief Health team in 2021 after years of management experience with many leading national brands. As Green Relief Health’s Quality Assurance Manager, Josh is responsible for developing and overseeing an effective quality management system to continuously identify opportunities for improving the patient’s experience. Josh helps oversee patient care at every level. Serving as a liaison between patients and the doctor, his role is to answer all procedural related questions in order to help patients have the best possible experience and overall results.

His unique ability to thoughtfully discern each patient’s needs helps facilitate a seamless entrance into our practice. Josh excels at communicating the do’s and don’ts of the pre- and post-procedure experience. As an advocate for building positive client relationships and continuous practice improvement, he strives to go the extra mile by implementing quality patient care.

As the practice has grown, so has Josh’s role within it. His past experience in customer service has allowed him to perfectly fit into his managerial position. He occasionally still has a hands-on seat at the Green Relief Health front desk, but spends most of his days behind the scenes.

Josh is a very dependable and an amazing team player, and our patients enjoy seeing his familiar face when they visit our office. His favorite part of our practice is the great team and our genuine care for our patients. With a great understanding of each of our provided treatments, Josh is able to help our patients understand their treatment process. His unique background combines extensive knowledge and training in the fields of aesthetic medicine and customer service. His dedication and compassion to each and every patient has earned his accolades from many satisfied patients and he is eager to speak with you soon.
