Dr. Lauren Nawrocki
Dr. Lauren Nawrocki, DNP, CRNP, is the CEO and Founder of Green Relief Health, a medical aesthetics and wellness practice serving patients throughout the Baltimore, Maryland area. As a board-certified nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background in surgical services, cardiology, transplant medicine, medical aesthetics, and wellness, Dr. Nawrocki brings a comprehensive medical approach to helping patients look, feel, and function at their best.
At Green Relief Health, we believe aesthetic goals and whole-body wellness are deeply connected. Our approach goes beyond traditional medical aesthetics by combining advanced injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation, medical weight loss, metabolic optimization, hormone replacement therapy, and personalized wellness care within one comprehensive practice.
Every patient’s journey begins with understanding their individual goals, health history, and concerns. Dr. Nawrocki works with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that may incorporate Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, regenerative aesthetic treatments, professional skincare, GLP-1 medical weight loss, metabolic health strategies, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and IV nutrient therapy.
Rather than treating aesthetics, weight, hormones, energy, and overall wellness as separate concerns, our goal is to look at the bigger picture. This integrated approach allows us to help patients pursue natural-looking aesthetic results while also addressing factors that can influence body composition, metabolism, energy, healthy aging, and overall well-being.
Dr. Nawrocki is trained and certified in advanced aesthetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers, as well as IV nutrient therapy. Through Green Relief Health, she has created a patient-centered environment where medical aesthetics and whole-body optimization come together, giving patients a more comprehensive approach to looking and feeling their best.
