12 Aesthetic, Weight, Hormone and Wellness Services in Baltimore

Every Service, One Place

What we treat, and how the treatments differ

Green Relief Health is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Baltimore offering twelve services across five areas: injectables, skin rejuvenation, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and IV nutrient therapy.

The difference between those areas is what they act on. A neuromodulator such as Botox or Dysport relaxes the muscle that creates a line when you move. A dermal filler replaces volume that has been lost. Microneedling and chemical peels work on the surface and the collagen beneath it. Medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy and testosterone therapy work from the inside, through metabolism and endocrine function, and always begin with lab work. IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins and NAD+ directly into the bloodstream.

Every service is delivered by a licensed medical provider. Dr. Lauren Nawrocki, DNP, CRNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who performs the injectable treatments and directs the medical weight loss, hormone and wellness plans. Cost depends on the treatment and the amount of product used, and you are quoted before anything is scheduled.

Skin Rejuvenation

What to use when the problem is the skin itself

Skin treatments work on texture, tone, pigment and scarring rather than on movement or volume. Microneedling rebuilds from beneath through controlled healing; peels and facials work at the surface.

Microneedling and peel cases from this practice are photographed in the office — see the before and after gallery.

Medical Weight Loss & Metabolic Health

Prescribed, then monitored — not simply prescribed

Medical weight loss uses GLP-1 medications, semaglutide and tirzepatide, inside a monitored plan that starts with blood work and continues with monthly review.

The medication is one part. Dosing is titrated to how you respond, side effects are managed as they appear rather than after the fact, and metabolic markers are re-checked as weight changes. Where hormones are also involved — and in both men and women they often are — the two plans are built together instead of separately.

IV Therapy & Vitamin Injections

Fluids, vitamins and NAD+, matched to how you feel

IV therapy delivers hydration, vitamins, minerals and NAD+ directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion. Formulas are chosen for what you are actually dealing with rather than by menu name.

Common reasons patients come in: recovery after illness or travel, migraine and hangover relief, immune support before a demanding stretch, athletic recovery, and energy support where labs show a genuine deficiency. Vitamin injections, including B12, are available as a quicker alternative to a full drip.

Choosing

How to choose the right service

  1. Name what you notice

Describe the change in your own words before reaching for a treatment name. Lines that appear only when you move point to a neuromodulator; hollowness or flatness points to filler; rough or uneven skin points to microneedling or a peel; fatigue, weight and libido point to labs.

  2. Separate the surface from the system

Treat surface concerns with aesthetic services and systemic ones with hormone, metabolic or nutrient care. Many patients need both, and running them in one practice keeps the two plans aware of each other.

  3. Ask what happens if you do nothing

Expect a straight answer to that question at your consultation. Some concerns are better watched than treated, and some are better addressed early — knowing which is which is the point of the visit.

  4. Plan the sequence, not just the treatment

Book the consultation first, then let the sequencing follow your labs, your calendar and your budget. Injectables can often be combined in one visit; skin treatments and lab-based plans usually run on their own schedule.

Questions

What patients ask about our services

What is the difference between a medical aesthetics practice and a day spa?

A medical aesthetics practice is led by a licensed medical provider who can prescribe, inject and order lab work; a day spa offers non-medical treatments only. Every injectable, prescription and hormone plan here is handled by Dr. Lauren Nawrocki, a board-certified nurse practitioner. More about the practice.

How do I know which service I need?

Start with what you notice, not with a treatment name. Lines that appear when you move are treated with Botox or Dysport, lost volume with filler, texture and tone with microneedling or a peel, and fatigue, weight or libido changes with lab work before any prescription.

Can services be combined in one visit?

Many can. Neuromodulators and filler are frequently placed in the same appointment, and hormone or weight-loss care runs alongside aesthetic treatment on its own schedule. Some skin treatments need spacing, which is decided at your consultation.

Do hormone and weight-loss services require lab work?

Yes. Hormone therapy, testosterone therapy and medical weight loss all begin with a panel, and nothing is prescribed on symptoms alone. Follow-up labs confirm the plan is working before doses change.

What does a consultation cost, and what happens in it?

The consultation covers your goals, your history and an honest account of what each option can and cannot do — including doing nothing. Pricing depends on the treatment and the amount of product used, and is given before anything is scheduled. Ask us a question or book online.
